As a Writer at Routes AI, you'll shape the words and the voice that our moments of discovery are built on. Your work spans three areas:
→ Scenario Writing: You'll write the scenarios and scripts behind our experiences, turning a place and a topic into something people love listening to as they walk.
→ Prompt Writing & Evaluation: You'll write and refine the prompts that power our AI narration, then evaluate results across different prompts to decide what reads best. This is where editorial taste meets the machine.
→ Voice & Feel: You'll help protect the voice and feel of the whole product, keeping it human, warm, and unmistakably Le Walk as we scale.
We recognize this is an unusual role, so we stay flexible and hire for talent and taste over pedigree. We think the best candidates have studied English, screenwriting, film, history, or another humanities subject, but we're happy to consider strong writers from most paths.
