As our Growth Lead, you'll own how Le Walk reaches the world. You'll run the channels that bring new people in and keep them coming back, with a real bias toward AI-native ways of working, and the opportunity to build and lead a team as we scale.
→ Organic Social: You'll own our organic presence and turn it into a growth engine, working closely with our creators to make content that spreads.
→ Email Marketing: You'll own email end to end, from acquisition to activation to bringing users back.
→ AI-Driven Growth: You'll invest heavily in AI content creation and AI-driven workflows, and in channels like AEO (answer engine optimization) and ASO (app store optimization).
→ Ownership & Team: You'll own the entirety of our content and growth efforts across channels, and build the team to match.
